The courts are generally open, weather permitting, year round. Permits are required from early April through the end of November. The hours shift during the season according to daylight, but roughly follow this schedule:
These public courts are located in Riverside Park on the promenade level near 119th Street.
There are two approaches:
Directions from inside the park:
Walk north along the main promenade in Riverside Park from 101st Street to approximately 110th Street. The promenade becomes a pathway around 110th which concludes at the tennis courts.
Directions from Riverside Drive
There are staircases leading down into the park and to the tennis courts at Riverside Drive and 120th, 116th and 115th Streets.
